The Tate Building was built in the year 2000, right on the corner of Main Street and 200 North. Years ago, in the same location, sat a motel, cabins, a bus stop, and a cafe. The foundation of the Tate Building utilizes the same red sandstone that has been used to support businesses in the valley for many, many years.This 3 story building (including basement office spaces) has many different office floor plans.
